Maine LD 749 requires the Commissioner of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife to authorize hunting deer on Sunday in the northern part of the State during the open season on deer. It sets the fee for a Sunday hunting permit at $25 and requires the commissioner to adopt rules to implement a Sunday hunting permit system.

Maine LD 810 allows hunting on Sundays in wildlife management Districts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 14 for any species during the open season on that species.
